FAQ about our post sales service

Q.1 Do you commission the machines that you sell?
Yes. However, civil foundation and site erection needs to be done by the buyer. We will provide the foundation drawing for your reference.

Q.2 How will my operators use the machines?
Our machines are robust and simple to use. Our engineer will train your operator during the commissioning of the machine for operation and maintenance. We will also supply the operating and maintenance manual with the machine.

Q.3 Do you provide after sales service?
Yes, we provide after sales service anywhere in India. If you require service outside India, we can send our engineer from India.

Q.4 Do you provide Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) service?
No. We undertake breakdown maintenance/ repairs on call basis.

Q.5 Do you recondition old machines?
Yes. We can re-scrap, level and re-condition your old lathe, planer, milling machine, radial machines, etc. Depending on the job, you may have to send your old machine to our workshop. We can also convert your old planer to planomiller.
